@metronetfiber Having to leave to head 45 minutes to somewhere where we can access internet so our daughter can get homework done. 3 outages in 3 weeks. Extremely disappointed. Will you reimburse your clients for 2 full down days? Need to switch back to Mediacom.

Slowly starting to regret the switch to @metronetfiber. The speed and price is great, but the weekly outages is getting to be a problem.

Just saw a @metronetfiber crew surveying the poles in Haymount in Fayetteville for the new fiber internet service coming to Cumberland County.

@metronetfiber has great tech support. Their associates are incredibly friendly and really feel like they're trying to help. But their reliability is not great. Another outage and very likely another cancelled stream. I could have stuck with @GetSpectrum.

@metronetfiber when will there be an update on Lexington KY service outage? I’m a remote worker and can’t do my job as of early this afternoon. I tried calling and auto system said no calls where being taken. What gives?
