@MediacomSupport It's just become too much, your prices are way too high for what you say you can provide and most of the time it doesnt run those speeds. But the main issue is the upload speeds, you offer 250MB down and only like 15MB up which is crazy

@RealKeithCrane @MediacomSupport I understand that issues are bound to happen with the massive network they have, but it’s ridiculous that multiple times a month my connection cuts out or isn’t able to handle a HD stream when I pay for 100MB/s.I wish my place had access to fiber-optic.

The fact that my name is on my Mediacom account but Gabe is the primary and they somehow can't just put me as the primary, they have to close the account (which cost) and open me up a new one. DUMBEST THING EVER. Guess I'm not doing sh*t. 🙄🙄🙄

@MediacomSupport And most of the time we only get like 5 or 6MB upload during normal hours I can get 1GB Down and Up from Metronet for half the price e of what I pay now. Your price points are way to high even if you could fix the slow Upload speeds to keep me our house around.

Hey @metronetfiber your customer service is less than desirable. You just cut our mediacom internet connection and you refuse to do anything about. I have to call @mediacom to fix it. Also you still have not filled in a hole that I called you about a month ago.
