  • Place any leftover meatloaf in an airtight container and refrigerate for up to 3 days.

Can I Freeze Leftovers?

  • You can freeze meatloaf for up to 6 months.

  • Then I place the wrapped slices in a zip top freezer bag.
  • Thaw the meatloaf in the fridge overnight, when you are ready to serve.
  • Bake for 10 – 15 minutes at 350 degrees or until heated through, or you can microwave it for 1 – 2 minutes at a time until it’s warmed to the preferred temperature.

We love Pizza Meat Loaf. It’s not quite the same as Pizza; some of my family like it better, but it usually just depends on the mood. Anyway it is a great alternative. we also like meatloaf, so how can one go wrong.
