'This was the first time I had made them in the air fryer, but they have turned out beautiful.'
To make the rissoles, Kylie explained you'll need some beef mince, carrot, brown onion, tomato and barbecue sauce, Dijon mustard, eggs, breadcrumbs and salt and pepper.
The mum said you should combine all of the ingredients together in a bowl and then use your hands to turn them into rissole patties.
'I didn't brown them first, as I have the oven-style air fryer,' she said.
'So I just sprayed olive oil on to the rissoles and put them straight into the air fryer on 170C for 25 minutes, rotating the rack once.'
Kylie then served the dish with Brussels sprouts, peas, chips and gravy.

This isn't the first 'quick and easy' recipe that has wowed in recent days either.
Earlier this week, a home cook shared the recipe for a simple dish she was taught by a successful tapas bar owner.
Posting to the Budget Friendly Meals Australia Facebook group, Jelvie said her aunt, who owns a tapas bar in Madrid, originally taught her how to make the simple yet mouthwatering meal.
The dish consists of chorizo sausage, tinned bean mix and vegetables over steamed rice.
'[The] chorizo can be substituted with leftover roast, mince [or] tofu,' Jelvie said.
She also said more water, stock and other vegetables can be added to create a delicious soup.
