How to Make Chicken Cordon Bleu Casserole
This casserole is very easy to make with only a few simple ingredients. In a large bowl, stir together cream of chicken soup, sour cream, grated swiss cheese, cooked chopped chicken, diced ham, onion powder, garlic powder, and dijon mustard. Season with salt and black pepper. Spread the chicken mixture into a baking dish sprayed with cooking spray. In a small bowl, melt butter. Add crushed Ritz crackers and stir to coat. Sprinkle the crackers over the top of the casserole. Bake uncovered in the oven until bubbly. Garnish with parsley.

Chicken Cordon Bleu Casserole recipe –creamy chicken casserole loaded with ham and swiss cheese. Super easy to make and tastes great! Ingredients:
- 4 cups cooked chopped chicken
- 8- oz diced ham
- 1½ cups sour cream
- 1½ cups grated swiss cheese
- 2 tsp dijon mustard
- ½ tsp onion powder
- ¼ tsp garlic powder
- 1 (10.5-oz) can Unsalted Cream of Chicken Soup
- ¼ cup butter, melted
- 1 sleeve Ritz crackers
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350ºF. Lightly spray a 9×9-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
Combine chicken, ham, sour cream, swiss cheese, dijon mustard, onion powder, garlic powder, and cream of chicken soup. Spread into prepared pan.
Combine crushed crackers and melted butter. Sprinkle over chicken mixture.
Bake uncovered 30 to 40 minutes.
