• Honey Brûlée Brie – We love this one because everyone raves about it. How can you not like it? You can serve it with crackers, breads, or veggies.

• Pork and Shrimp Dumplings – These may look like a lot of effort but they actually are not! You can make them way in advance and freeze them, so all you have to do is steam them up before serving. These make a delicious Valentine’s Day appetizer!

• Fritto Misto – Our Fritto Misto is super light, airy and crispy! You can serve these with a simple marinara sauce, a yummy garlic aioli, or store bought co*cktail sauce. This will go really well with any of our Valentine’s Day dinner ideas.

• Smoked Trout on Toast – This smoked trout is seriously delicious. The flavors are so good, and one of my favorite things to do is to use the leftovers on top of a bed of greens for a yummy lunch.
