Aunt Lou here.

It may seem like this Balsamic Crock Pot Chicken for Two recipe may seem like it has a lot of ingredients, but it really is a simple recipe. There is just a little bit of this and a little bit of that in the sauce. I know that when I started cooking, an ingredients list that was more than three or four ingredients long had me scared. I’m here to tell you that you can do it. Just gather your ingredients, read through the whole recipe once (or twice if it makes you feel better 😉 ) and then start. This is a great recipe for someone new to cooking and for anyone who has been cooking for years.
