We have several convenient ways to pay your AT&T bill. Learn how you can make payments online, over the phone, in person, and by mail. You can also pay your bill from the myAT&T App by: Note: You can save time when you sign up with hassle-free paperless billing or AutoPay.
1. Signing into the myAT&T App.
2. Select your bill, under MY INTERNET PAYMENTS.
3. Enter the amount, date, and payment method.
4. Follow the steps for your payment method.
If you're experiencing issues with your Internet service, you can check to see if there's an outage in your area: If you like, you can sign up to get an alert or text about an internet outage:
1. Go to https://www.att.com/outages/.
2. Enter your ZIP Code to check for outages in your area.
You can also sign into your account for personalized results.
1. Go to your myAT&T profile.
2. Select Internet.
3. Go to Service Alerts and update your info.
If you're having a problem connecting to the internet, you may see an error message on your screen. Part of that message includes an error code that starts with NAD. Find out if you're getting an NAD error message because your service is down. Check to see if there's an outage in your area. Learn about other reasons you might be getting a NAD error message.
